My boy is so cute.
He's just so sweet and understanding and just keeps on insisting that I stop worrying about certain things because they don't concern him like I think they do. He's a keeper. Let's just hope I'll be able to keep him.
Last night was the much anticipated "Christmas in July" extravaganza at my house. We've been planning this party for a year now, and it all turned out wonderfully, I'm happy to say. The weather wasn't so great (it looked like it was gonna pour rain any second all day long) which scared alot of people away. Quite a few no-shows. But the ones who did show were champs, kicking the keg, draining the strawberry daquiri machine (twice!) and eating up every last jello shot (red and green, of course). The DJ was a total asswad who wouldn't play the songs I requested so I got super pissed off because I was the one who was paying him out of my own pocket. He insisted that my parents wouldn't like the music I picked. Hello! My parents are in their 40s, do you think they're digging the 1950s crap you keep spinning dipshit???
Of course I was totally trashed (I was the hostess, so I was allowed to be) and I dominated the beer pong table in the "Talking Shit" category. I swear, I'm the master of talking shit. Unfortunately, despite all my shit talking my team didn't actually win a game. The best was when this kid was asking me for ice, and I went and got it for him. But when I turned around he was gone. So I'm all like "Yo, where'd that dipshit go that needed the ice?" And this guy Jamie is like "Oh, you mean her boyfriend?" and points to the girl standing right next to me. So I'm like "Um... yeah, you know, that really nice boy." Oops!
And in my drunkeness I know I was talking to Steve about my boy and about certain sexual topics, and at this point I'm not really sure how much I divulged. Again, that's a major oops!
I think "oops!" sums up just about every night of drinking I do lately.
