So, I'm totally heartbroken and have been drunk for pretty much the past week. (For an explanation, see previous entry.) But I'm trying to keep the whole "I'm dating a K. Fed wannabe" thing off my mind... so let's gossip about Corvette Man!
Yes, through all the darkness I'm still obsessed with my man whore neighbor!
So a couple months back, my friend went out a few times with a guy that lived in her development, Jack. He was a pretty cool guy, except a couple things seemed rather shady about him and things didn't work out between him and my friend. But they talk every so often and remain friends.
Now, I've never met Jack but he passed us in his car one time so I knew he drove a black jeep. About a month ago, a black jeep pulled up directly behind my car while I was trying to back out, and Corvette Man jumped in the passenger's seat. Him and the driver proceeded to have some sort of shady exchange, all the while completely ignoring the fact that they were holding me captive. So, joking around, I told my friend that Jack had stopped by to drop off some drugs to my neighbor.
Fast forward to last week. Once again, I'm leaving my place and the mystery black jeep pulls up to talk to Corvette Man, who has been pacing around the parking lot for like 15 minutes obviously waiting for something. Later that night I meet my friend at the bar and she says that Jack just called her. So I'm like "Oh, he was over today dropping off more drugs to Corvette Man." Well, under the influence of some tequila, my friend decides to text Jack to see if he knows Corvette Man.
He immediately calls her to say he does!
Then Jack proceeds to describe me in detail and says he knows exactly who I am. "She was outside today, right? We were totally checking her out, we think she's hot!"
CORVETTE MAN THINKS I'M HOT!!!!!
Ok, he's a man whore. But still. He's a HOT man whore! And if a hot man whore thinks I'M hot, well then it gives me hope that I'll be able to find a Scott replacement!
So anyway, the best part of the story:
Jack really is stopping by to drop off drugs! So all this time our little joke about the drug dropoffs was completely accurate!
And now Jack is spilling all the dirt on Corvette Man. Asian Girl #1 is his true "girlfriend" but he's pissed because she works as a "dancer" at a local gentlemen's hotspot. He's tried to break up with her, but she won't have it, so instead he just messes around with a handful of other women, but she still sticks around.
